looks like these banks consider RSUs while giving home loan: Bellevue-based Evergreen Home Loans Veterans Lending in Puyallup 1st Security Bank https://www.seattletimes.com/business/real-estate/why-its-easier-than-ever-for-new-amazon-tech-hires-to-buy-houses-in-seattle/ what is your experience with getting home loans when major share of your TC is RSUs ? Also does it matter how long you been employed by Amazon ? TC 375
Hello 2004 again
It makes sense since RSUs = money.
I started working at Amazon 4.5 years ago and purchased my home 1.5 years ago. Bank of America does not understand RSU but us bank did. They are extremely slow for closing. If you need to move fast consider smaller private lenders that also understand RSU such as http://www.jeffmiltenberger.com/
Check with sofi they also count rsus
Just because you could, doesn't mean you should.
In the bay area banks usually want 2y worth of vests to count that.
You means two years old already vested RSUs, and then they’ll factor in the remaining grants?
