Hey folks! Can someone give some tips on how to prepare for the interview? It's my first interview with a company of this scale. The recruiter reaches out to me on Linkedin. The interview process will be: 3 tech interviews + 1 HR οΌ the first 2 rounds are with Senior Engineer, 3rd round is with Tech Lead). I saw a lot of bad reviews about the company, but at least I will give it a try:).
I did the same thing. I aced all 3 technical rounds just to get a reject from HM for not having the background exp they wanted. What a waste of time. The company sucks at hiring.
