Both are for Bay Area.
Meta: standard new grad offer (E3)
129k base, 50k signing bonus, 150k RSU over 4y
Nutanix: MTS3
~160k base, 10k signing bonus, ~170k RSU over 4y
So at Meta, my annual comp. will be ~160k, and ~200k at Nutanix (excluding one time bonuses).
I'm leaning towards Meta for career growth, "prestige" (I personally don't mind, but apparently others do, and it might help when I switch), and office perks and benefits. Please let me know if I'm too blinded by... well Blind. Work at Nutanix seems nice as well, but IDK about their future prospects.
Current TC: 0 (not for long!)
LC: 900+
YoE: ~3
