Executive Assistants (not CoS) in the C-Suite and/or to EVPs of the larger companies, if you're around, are you willing to shed some light around comp? I understand there are salary bands. I've also heard the larger companies pay overtime to EAs, so curious if that includes your role and how things net out, as you may put in 60-80 hours or more. Thank you for any insight you might share.
Dunno about tech but an EA at a bank I worked at was making $150K after overtime.
Helpful. Thanks.
Depends on years of experience & who you are supporting but in my experience it’s 100k+ and typically exempt. For Salesforce specifically, they do pay their EAs hourly and for overtime and their bonus is based on pay + overtime. They do have strict salary bands though.
What’s exempt?
Exempt means salary. Non exempt is hourly.
That’s a really good salary!
50-80K
90k, plus overtime
EA for a CEO in Seattle here. $80k/yr salary, no bonus structure.
Amazon seattle you will make between 60-70 as an L4 in SF I know 90 base and OT
Salary range is 75-100k, EAs tend to be exempt, so no overtime
