Director:
Base salary – $175K - $185K
Bonus – 25% of base
Stock – RSU’s = 50% of base + bonus total (3 year vesting so approx. $35K first year, $70K second year, $120K every year after)
Senior Manager:
Base salary – $170-$180K ( I know it could be raised up for the right candidate)
Bonus – 20% of base
Stock – RSU’s = a flat $15K (with a 3 year vesting same as Director, so $5K first year, $10K second year, $15K every year after)
Bonus: 20%
RSU: 100
I'd assume it should be above 200k since an entry level associate engineer can get approx 100k base.
raratyi where did you get these numbers?
Bonus: 20%
RSU 200k
I think
-they have a cap on base at 200k (she low balled at 150k but then countered when I said I wasn’t interested below 190),
-bonus I remember 25%
-RSU she said 50% of (base + bonus) over 3 years paid 1/3 each year. That would be 100-120k.
How did you negotiate the 200k RSU (assuming over 3 years right?)? That would be a much better offer.
Any sign on?
