What is the actual culture at C3 AI? I know the office is working in-person despite the popular COVID work-from-home model. Any real insight would be appreciated.

    Basically it’s whatever the CEO says goes, and he micromanaged everything. No one except him can make any real decision

    One of my best friends worked there for the past 2 years as an FDE. They're a mess, with a weird hierarchy and mostly AI bullshit. Internal mobility is almost impossible.

    He then left for Amazon and finds it much better.
