I am relocating from Texas to Indiana to work for Cummins. How much should I expect as a relocation package? #negotiation #relocation

    Depends on which option you go for. If you take Cummins provided movers, you will get additional $11k. My SO moved recently to IN from another state. If you choose to do the moving yourself, you might get more than $11k. The first option is better IMO. Movers are pretty expensive and I’m not sure if Cummins will give you additional $$ in that proportion if you choose the second option
