Help making an Verification offer decision. Aeva vs Apple/Nvidia/Google
Hi all. I am offered a Sr Verification position at Aeva Base 180k, RSU 180k, yearly refresh about 90k. Annual perf bonus upto 25% Currently I am midway in the interview process at Apple and Nvidia. What should I do. Accept or wait. Location, Bay Area Current TC at Juniper base+bonus +stock = 175k YoE 7 yrs.#hardware #interview #semiconductor #compensation #aeva
Only Nvidia would be able to beat that offer unless Apple comes back with ICT4 role which is unlikely but possible.
Thought ict4 would be possible?and isn't Apple refresh better?
Dont go to Apple. Their pay is not worth the slave making.

I wasn’t really impressed with Si Design folks that they have especially their first DV hire. They have lost a lot of the IPO glitz. All the AUV companies are building their LIDAR sensors including NVidia. I vote Apple if ICT4 else NVidia.
Apple's offer would be similar or lower than what Aeva is offering
Looking at the annual perf bonus, Aeva is better if you get atleast 15% of the upto 25%.
Not to hijack this thread, but I am looking for post silicon validation jobs. 8 years of relevant experience. Which hw company is paying good for them?
