Considering a career with A+E Networks’ Strategy & Business Development

I’m currently a Senior Analyst at GS. I am considering leaving GS and found a potential opportunity with A+E Network’s Strategy & Business Development team. The position is being offered in both NYC and LA. Has anybody worked at A+E or currently works there that can tell me a bit how the culture is there, how the role is, how competitive they are in terms of compensation, and how promotions and compensation works there. Would really appreciate any insight or advice.

YOE: ~2.5 Years
Current Salary: $89K
Current Bonus: ~$10K
PATC/Total Comp (Salary + Bonus): $99k
