Hi all,
For a while I have been stuck in a role that goes from doing Android work to performing migrations of stacks for the backends used by these Android applications.
No new development is being done and I feel this situation has me trapped in ancient technology to the point where I don't know what my strengths are anymore or if I want to keep working as an Android developer or if I want to do something else.
Can anyone recommend a coach that might help in gaining focus, discipline, and perspective so that one may find growth?
I have interviewed at different places, often making it to on site rounds but getting rejected. My conclusion, I do not have a skill in interviewing (though I do think I can do the job - as that is what I've been doing for a while) so before embarking in new rounds of interviews I would change the ways I approach the job search and how I keep technically up to date.
