Can you please review the following compensation from Cisco (Seattle, WA). The recruiter said that there is no RSU allocated for this level. Any negotiation suggestions ? I would take it and keep interviewing to see if you can do better. Or get a competing offer quick and see if they negotiate.
If you have a masters degree and 4 yoe then grade 8 is the least I would expect you to be in
Don’t expect any raises or promotions for the next couple of years. Maybe a 6-8% increment if you are lucky. RSUs are also weirdly distributed, depending on how “critical” you are to the team With 4 yoe , I would suggest keep intervening with other companies
G6 is low for 4 yoe. Typically g8 is for 2-3 yoe or master new grad
As others have said, g6 for your experience isnt great. Try to get grade 8 or look elsewhere

G8 Minimum is the way to go. I used to work for Cisco until March 2020 this year before I got laid off. I joined as a G11 with only 3 year of experience after masters.
Grade 6 is really bad for 4 yoe. Keep in mind that you would barely get any raises in next 2 year, so your TC will remain close to this for a whilr
Grade 6 at 4 YOE is slightly under average. I wouldn’t say it’s really bad. Not everyone is a superstar/tryhard, remember that
