    They will not do as their GPT-3 is going in the route to a service offering. Seems their strategy is towards revenue generation it wouldn’t be open. That’s my 2 cents

    Now they're giving AI Tech to everyone for a price.
    As for preventing, I don't think one company can prevent AI Arms race. All they can do is control what they create
