Getting into core tech teams at Facebook

How does one get into some of core tech teams (owning open source offerings) at Facebook like React, Yarn etc ?

Can someone at fb share avg headcount for such teams and how often they recruit?

Really fascinated by the level of engineering that goes into these softwares (esp React).
