Currently got offers from Freshworks, BrowserStack and Observe.AI for

Current TC 13LPA
YOE - 6 Almost

Freshworks - Fixed - 27L
JB - 3L
Total - 30L (Not offering any RSUs)
Role - Senior Frontend

Browserstack - Fixed - 29.4L
Variable - 2.9L
ESOPS - 1.5L
Total - 32 (without ESOPS)
Role - Senior Frontend

Observe AI - Fixed - 32
JB - 4
ESOPS - 2L
Total - 36 (without ESOPS)
Role - SDE 2 UI

Browserstack is fully remote but having 10% of TC as a variable
ObserveAI paying the most but I am not sure about work culture and its brand value
Freshworks has probably the best brand and WLB among these but the TC is not impressive.

    You can go for Observe.AI. One of my friend is working there, he is very positive and happy about WLB & work quality at Observe.AI. They also give very good raise for the existing employee too.

  • From my experience on esops, ask recruiter what is current FMV and what strike price you will get. Some startups gvie you strike price as current FMV , which means that you are paying for esops entirely and should not consider them as part of your TC. You will be investing in them like anything else like crypto
