      How's the equity and total comp there? I'm looking at a role on the direct marketing org, I've had a few phone interviews already and they went well. It's hard to leave my current role as udemy is in a pretty good spot but I think the role might be a good step up at Next

  • You are very smart to notice the glassdoor reviews. Some manager asked the members to make up good reviews when they could not find a good candidate for a long time. I would say put more weight on former employee's review.

  • Not sure which team you are working on. If you are working in data, the technology they are using feels like still in stone age. Most software teams are in Israel, so prepared for the night meetings. When ask about the potential, I think you need to look at the stock performance of other insurtechs. The same sections can not differ to much. The company not likely to IPO very soon.
