Joined my team 6 months ago from a se2 level ish to l63 at Microsoft.. While I ramped up and am dishing code and knocking out features well manager seems a bit concerned I am not ideating any process improvements or automations for our team and says that is expected at l63.
The team was set up well and a lot of metrics, logging , live site is well automated so I don't see much scope to improve.
Our process is well set up too wrt scrum, retro.etc.
Any suggestions here ? I am a bit paranoid and have impostor syndrome that am not good for MSFT ( moved from a smaller non tech firm),
So this complaint kinda hits me hard. And is something my boss looks for week over week.
I don't have ideas but if given something I know I can dig in and design/write stuff for the team that will help.

Another angle, which I personally like, is community outreach. Can you propose a pipeline for blogs coming from your team?
Internally you can organize lunch & learns etc.
If anything, automation, gtests,
Or just say yes, and ignore it.
Ask team to put in there points
Topics
1. Meetings effectiveness
2. Result v/s.effort
3. Bring in outside team.to.see what they are doing
