Salesforce offer TC : 193k
Benefits are crazily good.
Good maternity and parental leave(26weeks ),
Unlimited pto
Support for IUI or IVF ( 3 cycles)
Completely remote role
Ability to work internationally for 30days
I am confused which one to choose. I have high regards for both the companies. But Amazon is a FAANG and I believe will add more value to my resume.
At the same time, I want to have good maternity leave in case I get pregnant as we are looking to grow our family.
Is the extra 6weeks of maternity leave at Salesforce equal to 37k salary difference at AWS?
Recommendations from all the mothers/fathers welcome!
