It will go up in the long run.
Index funds also have the same property. So thatโs fine too for long term.
Whatโs risky is betting on any specific growth stock or sitting on cash.
1) Having cash is not good because of hyperinflation 11%
2) Real estate will not crash because there are enough wealthy people who can buy if house price falls
My question, where will the #2 wealthy people get money to buy when they don't do #1 ?
They can't sell stocks to get cash, because stock market if already down and will go more down if there is a recession
So according to this, either #1 or #2 is false. I think #1 is false and it's good to sit on cash in these times.
Can somebody explain?
