Too long a rant; please be kind guys!
Hi y’all!
Does anyone have negative thoughts and anxiousness about anything and everything- especially in the evening after work? I don’t have friends around where I live. I go to the gym everyday and try to eat healthy , sleep on time and be in shape. Belong to a typical indian middle class family based out of India. With parents pressuring me to get married, I just am too scared/anxious to be a part of the arranged marriage set up. I’m 28 yo. I find Meeting people off of dating apps forceful and time wasting. I try to travel as much as I can on my own as most of my friends are married. Came to this country with a dream but it seems like this is not it!! I know happiness is relative and it comes from different sources but still…it feels empty. With failed relationships in the past, I try to focus on my own self first instead of looking for a relationship frantically. How to train the mind and steer away from negativity?
