    Thanks! This job is SG&A, more about having an understanding of accounting and working through accruals n stuff, which I despise. With that, really interested in Strategy and want to work on variety of projects.

      Going to be hard to break in directly as a consultant. You may want to try an Analyst position.

      Also I strongly recommend you ask this question on Fishbowl as well. More consultants there that can help

    I assume you already have a bachelors and work experience at Meta so here’s my honest advice.

    At this point in your career, given your TC doesn’t look like you are senior level, you can go to a top MBA program, join the consulting club, prep for interviews, get into consulting.

    Otherwise you’ll probably want to work for a few more years so you can maybe transition into consulting at a senior level.

    Why do you want to make the switch though? Most of the time I see people doing the opposite (consulting to tech)
