Can Facebook employees see who viewed their profile?
Is it possible for someone working at Facebook in any of the layers (front end/middle tier/ backend) to check who viewed their profile for a given time window ?

I would assume so - but that acts against the company policy for the most part.

I don’t think so. It would be violation of privacy. Can Oath employees check my Yahoo emails ? :)

It’s interesting there’s quasi-backlash about this for FB but it’s a feature for LinkedIn.
