1) I’ve heard bonuses/refreshers are org-dependant, e.g. two people on the same level with the same perf rating can get different bonuses if one is in Ads and another is in YouTube. Is that true? 2) I’ve heard refreshers are based on your initial grant (e.g. X% of your initial grant for CME rating), and the larger your initial grant is the larger refreshers you will get. Is that true? 3) I’ve heard in order to be eligible for refreshers you have to be at the company for a full calendar year. E.g. if I join in March 2022 I will not get any refreshers for 2022. If you get EE or above, it is similar to what you would have got for full year or is it significantly less, I hve read at few places that discretionary grant/non full complete year grant in EE+ rating are very low, pls confirm
