Has anyone accepted 2 offers, got H1B started at both company and then finally said no to 1 company once visa is approved at both companies
Are you on h-1b already? In that case this will be a h-1b transfer. And you can do two transfers simultaneously and join one. The transferred approval only becomes valid the day you start the work - at the company you choose.
Yes do it if it is atransfer...Fuck the system back!
You don't take any extra spots in transfer case. It's ur own spot.
But chances of both application being processed by some crazy immigration officer are lower

Avoid teams with only Chinese or Indians especially with a Chinese/Indian manager
You should only get one shot in the lottery. Putting your name in twice should open your application for serious review and potentially get you completely black listed. Seems unfair to others and the mechanics of the process. Is it worth trying? Sure, but at a huge risk in my opinion.
