A country's president can get impeached if there are a series of proofs of wrongdoings. It's a long and arduous process but can be finished in 4 years tenure. Does such a process exist for repeated ethics and privacy violations for a company's CEO who is also the majority share holder and board chairman? TK got kicked out of Uber and it was largely a good thing for the company and its shareholders. As a Facebook shareholder, I definitely feel that kicking Zuck and Sheryl might be the best thing for it medium term.
There's only one TK and he's at Google. TC?

Any public company has a board of directors which can fire the CEO
Not true, depends on who controls the votes.
Oh I see. How much voting share does he currently have?
Wasn't this what's happened to Jobs back in the day?
Zuck learned a lesson.
I think it's the other way around. Zuck's religion and community will never let him down!!
Isn't anyone here watching Succession? ;-)
No, but he can be arrested.
don’t tease me like that 🧴
He can be arrested true.... just like the bank executives.
