If you go to google and get promoted twice I’m sure they would have no problem hiring you. If you go to an obscure startup and don’t make much impact it’s unlikely
You’re permanently ineligible. I assume permanently means “gotta get someone VP+ to really go to bat for you.”
Why wouldn’t they want to hire you if you get promoted 2 times in Google or FB?
