I don't know what happens in the CME case, but I assume you'd still get an increase in TC. This starts to change after the 4th year where your new grants need to be larger than your initial grant or you will potentially see a dip. But you should expect to be higher level, more impactful, and getting bigger grants after 4 years.
Also I see you are in sales - not sure if things are different there. Was your initial grant a 4 year vesting schedule?

Right so that one will keep vesting and if you get a refresher it will be on a new 4 year vesting schedule, and it's all gravy.
