I used to be the person, who use to be able to concentrate/study/ be-in-the-zone for 10-12 hours straight... And now I can't concentrate on anything for more than 10 mins.... I am addicted to youtube/Instagram reels.. I have tried everything... shutting off the internet, going to a coffee shop with prints, leaving all devices behind.... (i just come back in less than an hour) but nothing seems to work... Any suggestions?

Turn your phone off. Practice a full hour. Then take a break. Try again, try to go 90min.
Short circuit your patterns. Get a magazine or something and every time you feel the urge to turn the phone back on prematurely, read a paragraph of that instead. (That’s not going to suck you into an hour of lost productivity so don’t worry about being distracted with that. You’ll put it down in a second after the urge passes.)
