Yes. There's no upside to provide it. You might take the feedback to heart and try and improve but somebody else will dispute it and file a frivolous lawsuit.
Yes. Giving feedback is a huge liability.
Liability management... Big problem. If only America wasnt a huge lawsuit industry. I did interview for non tech companies and got feedback after rejection. They are really nice and firm in the feedback. Most of them were helpful feedback, but please understand that sometimes they don't hire you for silly reasons... And it's they right to choose whoever they want
