Hello, I’ve accepted an offer with the capital group. I’ve been told that they have a hybrid work model that requires going to the office at-least 2 days a week. Are they planning to be more flexible towards the full remote work in near future? How often do you go to the office ? Yoe- 15+ Tc- $168 K
1 day a week is just to begin the transition to office. Once people get comfortable they will take it back to the pre-Covid days of 3days a week. But it would happen slowly. I would agree with others that CG does not like to offer complete remote, unless for special cases (which is rare)
No chance they go back to 3 days

Nope. We just started going back this week. Many people have resigned, many offers have died on the vine over this. They don't plan to be more flexible. What role? It's not all 2 days a week, a lot of teams do 1 day a week (including IT...)
Some teams will be more flexible. I wouldn’t expect anything from management. I don’t think they will get rid of hybrid tho. I think that’s here to stay
It’s a position in IT and yeah I think it might be 1 day a week as I understood from the hiring manager. The recruiter had told me that it was going to be 2 days a week. Weird that they are ready to spend so much on my relocation when I just need to be in the office once per week. From my perspective, it would have really helped if they allowed remote work as I don’t really want to do so and it’s a big deal for me!
