hours and career progression vary widely by organization. if you want easy hours and limited progression go to Bank if you want the opposite go to a business team in Card that is actually accountable for revenue outcomes

At a BA Mgr Level - Base , Bonus , ESPP, 401k match if you want to be too accurate. Target Bonus would be 13.2k. If you get rated exceptional- you get 2X target bonus , very strong - 1.5X , strong - X , inconsistent- 0.5X , poor - 0 . 401k match would be 7..5% match for 6% of your contribution. ESPP - will be 15% contribution on top of your contribution to buy COF shares . Max you can contribute is 15% of your base salary
Anyone know the complete salary band for manager level BA in Rva?
At COF, Senior Analyst to Manager is a pretty big jump since the business analyst family skips the principal associate level it’s essentially a double promo. At SA level, you’ll contribute to project with some ownership and at manager level you’ll be expected to have ownership over an aspect of the business.

Comp (base range and bonus are 10% higher in McLean or Chicago over Richmond/Plano) I believe manager target bonus is 12k thus 13.2k for the higher COL locations, very strong (top 25-35%) performance is 1.5x bonus, exceptional (top 0-10%) performance is 2x on bonus.

Workload depends on the team. Can manage with 30-40 hours. Pay should be 135-150 base depending on your interviews. Can reach 160-170k TC for Richmond. 185-200k McLean
