Tax question! I took advantage of a prior employer's (Capital One) ESPP. It is apparently a non-qualified ESPP. For a qualified plan, there is a tax benefit to waiting two years after the "grant date" to sell your shares. I can't find a good source about non-qualified plans. Is there any tax benefit that kicks in after two years?
