Capital One Interview
My friend has an on-site interview at Capital One for the Technology Development Program (TDP). What kind of questions should he expect and what advice can you provide ?? Are they hard? Thanks!
When I interviewed for an internship my technical was a medium straight off of leetcode, an easy/medium, and a simple oop design question. The case interview was mainly code analysis and the behavioral was standard. I’m pretty sure the new grad and internship interviews are the same btw.

Remember what the letters in TDP stands for and you should be good
