Anyone have any insight into what kinds of cases Capital One uses in its onsite interviews for agile delivery positions? The interview overview the recruiter sent me just says it may cover topics such as customer data protection, product development and design, cost benefit analysis or customer experience. I've been working the McKinsey case study frameworks and am pretty comfortable with general business cases, but I don't know if the type of case study I'll have will be something like that or more product oriented. Any thoughts?
Case study interviews focus on your logic. Don’t sweat it.
You are aware that agile track use tech case, right?
@eJoh37 yes. There is a new one (few months old) for agile folks.
Literally easy case study
It’s not that hard...there is no way to prepare other than just having some common sense. Be sure to take your time, think of at least two solutions and talk out loud during the process. Worst candidates internalize the question and then answer or are indecisive or not collaborative.
I’m on my 6th ADL in 2 years. Meat grinder.
Yeah, honestly they’re fired first and always on edge. I’d also agree on finding another title if you have the qualifications!
OP-How did it turn out? Can anyone in this thread share insights on salary range for ADL for SA, PA, Mgr, in Richmond or Northern VA?
Can anyone tell me why the case is being done in hackerrank? Do they expect ADL’s to code?

This is the worst job in the company. Save yourself. Interview for anything else. You get ranked vs engineers and will always come up short. It’s a meat grinder.
Hmm, OP’s title says management though. They might be interviewing for a senior manager RTE role? Those don’t seem so bad and our RTE seems to have a lot of power lol
Any insight on the case interview, though? I'm looking for senior manager or director roles. My background leans a bit more towards PM, but I've done my fair share of agile delivery type work. I'm not above asking for referrals if you're offering. :-)
