Capital one 2 hour long S/E interview
What's with these two hour long interviews? Applying for software engineering. Don't know what can be asked. Any leads or pointers will be really helpful and highly appreciated. Thank you Current TC : 🥜

Capital One doesn’t ask LC hard interview questions.

just interviewed recently and it was more like 4 hours long interview with breaks here and there. was not asked single lc ish problems but was asked lots of technical questions regarding tech stack I put on my resume
What's the point of such questions ... I don't get it. :$

Capital One gave me 20 if/else nested boolean statements and then asked me to figure out what will be the result. That was... dumb :). Other technical rounds were ok. Nothing really hard.
2 LC hards can be asked in 2 hours, currently.
2 lc hards.. I'm super bad at LC :(
