LI pay is extremely high. Was there some kind of crazy uplevel, or were they not swe?
I'm not sure. There was probably an uplevel, I would think. But they didn't skip 2 bands or anything.
If you have unvested RSU from Walmart you can have C1 add that to sign-on. Target bonus cannot be negotiated. Base has a range you can probably push to 125k
