Capital one technical phone interview?
I have an upcoming technical phone interview after talking to HR. Does anyone know what kind of questions to expect (conceptual, behavioral)? On Glassdoor it seems like they don’t normally do phone interviews, they just jump straight to on site. This is for the VA location.

Capital one hiring bar is low. If you're a decent engineer with solid fundamentals, you should easily get in. The hiring process is also much smoother than most other companies.
You don’t have to do any preparation. As long as you are good at your current work and sound about what’s on your resume you should be able to handle interview easily. May be practice leetcode easy questions like two sum for onsite..
