hey folks, How’s it like working in Careem dubai and what would be the ideal compensation for 8.5 years exp people here? tc: 70K euros yoe 8.5
I was also surprised to see that they are hiring quite a lot for swe and product roles. Anyone insight into the TC offered for westerns? (I heard they have different pay schemes depending on where you are from, generally in Dubai)

Have you applied and if so what team? Depends on what your working on. Dubai is very cool and Careem is the place to be for tech. My estimate is your looking at the 28-33k aed per month range
I see. I didn’t apply, HR contacted me via LinkedIn and we had a quick chat . She mentioned that it’s for growth team . She said, soon some people will be leaving and they’re looking for replacement.
