Career Advice India (MS/Job/MBA)
Current TC: 10L Exp : 2months Should I go for MS in CS Or try to switch for better TC in India? One more option is MBA (since it looks fascinating from outside, but I'm not a extrovert) Please HELP🥲
MS will help if you wanna settle in US. Easiest option to move. And masters with good college tag never hurt anyone. But If TC is your goal, start LCing
Either ways, if your priority is money, go for MS in CS. Nothing beats a US CS salary anywhere in the world. If you want to save yourself from green card headaches later, publish 4-5 journal articles during your masters. Else get a PhD. That will save lot of headaches later...
MSCS at any top US university. A 100k $ compensation easily beats 5yoe FAANG offers in India.
LC and move to FAANG Then work for your promotion!! Then L1B Boom you’ll have 200k TC now
