Folks,
Looking for some career advice here.
I am looking for a switch after spending ~10 years in Ops and Tech Consulting in Insurance/Financial Services.
My order of preference for next role is:
1. Product/Program Management in a product firm 2. Senior Manager/Director roles in a Big 4 Consulting or Analytics Consulting firm
3. Insurance Industry roles
Breaking the ‘services’ perception barrier is seemingly a challenge, especially for #1, but I do have experience managing large scale digital and analytics programs for clients.
Do you guys have any suggestions on what are my best exit options and what do I need to maximize my chances to shift to a product firm?
I have an MBA and a B.Tech.
Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks!
