Looking to make a pivot into the dev space. I'm 25, based out of Charlotte. Background is centered around Networking, Security, and Support. What tools or sites would you use? Bootcamp? Lambda? Formal Univ. Classes? Checked out google and YouTube for suggestions, but that is a big rabbit hole.. #swe #engineering #software
Consider devops. Lots of opportunities. Same pay as Dev.
Where in the dev space? Bootcamps are a lot like ratatouille , every once and awhile somebody good comes out of them, but the majority fucking suck. Best option is a full undergrad degree you can get while still working.

Is "From the River to the Sea" So Wrong?
Maybe SRE, then to DevOps and then to Dev?? A direct jump to Dev could be frustrating to you and start hating it if you don't transition smoothly. Dev is fun, but it's not firefighting.
