Career Progression @ Deloitte
What is the career progression at Deloitte US. I know it starts with BTA and then BTC. Does anyone have any idea if someone is offered BTC position, what is the next level and how many years does it take to reach that level?
I think most people start at the level with the winds blowing you back an forth, or the icy slush level. Mid career is the flaming tomb level or the torn apart by dogs level, and you top out at the frozen lake
Bta > consultant > sr consulant > mgr > sr mgr > director/principal (principal has equity, director is terminal point for salary path). Maybe 2~3 years between each on average, with a little time to get to principal (should be doable in ~15 yrs if you are good) Comp sucks until you are principal, avg principal makes ~700K TC but there is a lot of range from entry level principal to a higher level principal
I misread it. Any idea how much BTC would make?
I'd guess like any other accounting shop. Senior, manager, Sr manager, associate/director/partner.
