Career Switch
I am a Project management graduate with my background in civil engineering, working as a project engineer with a construction firm. I’m looking to switch my career to data science/analytics and was wondering what are my options. I’m currently on my opt extension. Has anyone made a similar transition or know someone who has?

Get on Data Camp and learn the basics of SQL and statistics. A Nanodegree from Udacity might be a good option
But won’t that be an issue in my H1-b if I have my masters in a different field and I’m working in a different area?
So sorry, I am not familiar With H1-b status issues.
