Career trajectory for TPM/EPM HW @ Apple

For a ICT4 TPM or EPM in HW at Apple what is the normal career path. I am not sure if there’s level 5 TPMs at Apple. So wondering how to go up within the company . Would love to hear from Apple folks Thx
