Carousell recruiter reached out for a Director role. Currently at Amazon for 4 yrs. Interested in exploring because work is not fulfilling and manager micro manages like crazy. Anyone knows how this company is? Lots of good stories about them online but want to hear from someone with 1st hand experience.
