Capital One is famous for rejecting 90% of applicants. And most fail in these case interviews. What are some tips and tricks that can get you over the finish line and get that offer?
Lol if you’re talking about C1’s case interviews for engineering then it’s a joke But for more business related positions then yes have heard it’s hard
Starting with them in a month. If you're interviewing for an entry level position, the case interview is pretty much laid out in all the resources they give you. C1 cases are much more math heavy than typical consulting cases (nothing hard, I had to graph a break event and integrate once to find an aggregate value)
how was your experience at C1?
Talking about a Product Manager position. I'm pretty sure I'm gunna be grilled.
If you're talking about an entry PM role, DM me bc I just went through the process in Feb and am starting in a month
My wife worked at C1 Pro-tip: don’t bother.
Anyone had experience with them applying to a devops position?
90%??! Sounds like they aren't very good with discerning who to interview. Yikes.
Lol. Rejection rate is not that high. Interviews are easy. Hiring bar is low. I'd be surprised if rejection rate is higher than 30%.
Where the fuck did you hear about a 90% rejection rate?

Don't care about it.
Your comment is as dumb as your mobile network.
It's actually a good mental strategy for keeping your cool during interviews. Not caring allows you to see problems more clearly and I swear it makes you seem like a more desirable candidate.
