Yes, google case study interviews. It's to see how you can think on your feet. Listen to the question. Make sure you answer it fully. Its definitely okay to tell them you need to think a bit before giving an answer. When I ask that kind of question. I'm looking for the candidate to know all the factors that should be considered.

Capgemini I’m pretty sure does basically same salary across nation with small adjustments for col (but adjustments are fairly pathetic). This was for Chicago
