Need an option to โ€œDistribute profitsโ€, which is the norm for self-funded profitable companies like Basecamp.

In an LLC, the profits are distributed to the partners.

I know a lot of founders who take home over $1 million easily with this structure.

I actually debated that one with myself I didn't include it specifically because I'm trying to focus on justifications for salary. Also a flipped a coin and I decided to keep it somewhat simple. I have an internal model used for calculating the assumptions I may make public that I tend to use in these legal discussions that explores this and every so often I check popular opinion.
