Can people on Amazon fix this? I am an Amazon Music Unlimited subscriber for years and not planning to switch to Spotify, but serious thinking about moving to Apple ecosystem.
The Amazon Music app is horrible. The UI is extremely confusing, it messes up collections, has no clear use cases, it doesn't integrate well with Echo (MAJOR WTF!?!?!?), so mamy broken scenarios...
Really, can't you guys get this right?
Hint: when I connect my phone to the TV and play YouTube videos it's seamless. Learn something from Google, please.

Even the fast forward or rewind is super complicated....netflix and youtube understands customers better...unreal for a company which has "customer obsession" in its leadership principles.
Why is Amazon <insert product here> so bad?
Apple stole all the good ideas from Xerox and Jobs was such a jerk that he ignored everything that was great about the 3 presentations that he saw (Postscript language for printers and Smalltalk language), focusing only on the UI part (which was indeed baffling, but UI alone can't do more than the underlying software).
That's his problem. He only saw the part that could make him money. Woz is the greater genius that actually delivered the stuff Jobs was selling. No sympathy for Jobs, all hail Woz.

Series from PBS in three episodes, written and presented by Robert X. Cringely (Mark Stevens pseudonyms https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_X._Cringely)
This should be mandatory for anyone working on FAANG. They also have Nerds 2.0, which tells the story of the internet.
