Are you happy ?

nope. bad pay raise and poor bonus means Im actually making less money this year compared to last. staying here is financial suicide.

This year was bad.. Hope it gets better next cycle..

it's funny how many people complain about bonuses and raises instead of what really matters. Real issue is why was I rated the same as last year after I put in 4x the effort.

You all expect raises when we shipped visibly less product than the year. before. we are all lucky it's been hard to recruit because they could have laid off a lot more in the down turn.

I expect to be treated fairly and this is not a normal practice at GF.

You think your the only one upset at what happened this year? Not one person was happy with the raise. Or lack of promotion. But do something about it. push harder make everyone see your working hard or just give up and steal a wage every week.

It doesn't matter if you work hard and get a good review. My buddy got a 5/5 review this year and still only got 1.5%. I also know another guy, who is an overpaid bum, and he got a 1% raise. Where's the incentive to work hard?

Any ex-Intel folks out here who could compare Global to Intel in terms of culture, pay, career progression?
