Hey all,
I’m considering a few Senior Financial Analyst jobs at Apple and wanted to get your feedback. I have 4 years of experience; 2 in audit and 2 at a boutique real estate private equity (in finance / fpa). TC right now is $180k (excl. preferential deal purchase options).
1. High level, do I have a shot with this experience? How can I increase my odds?
2. Are there any specific groups within finance you’d recommend I look at / stay away from?
3. Applying cold is never fun, anyone want to screen me and potentially give me a recommendation? I’m a hard worker and am relatively presentable.
4. Anyone on here hiring right now?
Appreciate the help all - thank you!

But yes, I’m looking at my long term growth trajectory here. I’m happy w my current TC but I know there’s a limit to how much more I can grow at my current firm vs at an industry leader. I also don’t mind putting in the extra hours where necessary (still relatively young) if it turns into something worthwhile.
Other way that’s common is people getting into accounting at one of these PE firms and lateraling over into a finance role. Happens more often than you’d think.
